Poems

This page is in process, in time it will hold the poems that inspire movement and creative endeavors at The Watering Can.  Here now is a poem written at Chicago’s museum campus when stumbling upon a sculpture by artist Michael Brown of the same name.

Another Thought

Mold me,
Hold me,
Sculpt Me into your inspired clay.

Direct Me,
Collect Me,
Contain me into your desired display.

Stack me,
Crack me,LI-CSI-MKB-001b - Copy
Build me into your layered day.

Drape me.
Shape me.
Fold me into your dimensional play.

Curve me,
Twirl me,
Sway me into your flowing waves.

Feel me,
Heal me,
Trust me when I have nothing to say.
